Website information is an invitation to enquire. An artwork is not reserved or sold until the gallery issues and both parties accept written transaction documentation.

Artwork information

Availability, edition numbers, dimensions, production specifications, framing, delivery and prices must be confirmed in writing for the specific work. Screen colours and installation visualisations are illustrative and may differ from the completed physical edition.

Attribution

Pierre Valcourt is a disclosed contemporary studio project represented by Studio 54 Fine Art. The works are not Jean-Michel Basquiat originals and no Basquiat Estate affiliation or endorsement is claimed.

Orders, payment and delivery

Final terms, currency, taxes, payment schedule, completion time, shipping, insurance and installation are set out in the invoice or sales agreement. Title and risk transfer according to that written agreement.

Returns and bespoke production

Many editions, mounts and frames are produced to the collector's confirmed specification. Cancellation or return rights therefore depend on the location, transaction type and whether production has started. The applicable terms will be supplied before payment.
