Conservation materials
Professional mounting uses conservation-conscious materials and methods appropriate to the artwork’s scale, finish and intended display environment.
Bespoke presentation
Museum black, gallery white, natural oak and bespoke finishes can be considered, subject to the artwork, dimensions and collector brief.
Specialist glazing
Glazing options are assessed for clarity, protection, reflections, weight and installation conditions, with the final specification confirmed in the proposal.
Professional packing
Protective packing or crating is planned around the framed dimensions, surface vulnerability, transport route and destination handling requirements.
Collector documentation
The handover package identifies the artwork, edition and gallery transaction and includes the applicable certificate and care information.

Studio 54 Fine Art coordinates specialist transport and shipping documentation, keeping the collector informed from dispatch through delivery.
Delivery & installation
Where available and agreed, experienced art handlers deliver, unpack, position and install the work in the collector’s home, office, hotel or hospitality space.
Final handover
The collector receives the relevant edition and gallery documentation together with practical guidance for care, display and future handling.

Every destination is planned separately.
Routes, insurance, customs requirements, building access and installation scope vary by destination. Studio 54 Fine Art prepares a collector-specific proposal rather than presenting a generic shipping promise.
Before dispatch
Destination address, contact details, access restrictions, lift and doorway dimensions, preferred delivery timing and on-site contacts are confirmed.
In transit
The gallery coordinates the agreed specialist transport, documentation and progress communication. Any customs or import responsibilities are explained in the proposal.
At installation
Wall construction, hanging method, final height, lighting and safe handling are considered. Installation availability and charges depend on location and project scope.
After placement
The collector receives guidance on display conditions, cleaning, future movement, storage and whom to contact if professional handling is required.

What the service includes.
Is white-glove service included in the artwork price?
The artwork, framing, packing, transport, customs and installation are itemised or clearly defined in the collector proposal. The scope depends on the artwork and destination.
Can I see the artwork in my room before purchasing?
Yes. Collectors may provide a straight-on room photograph and accurate wall measurements so the gallery can discuss scale and prepare a placement visual where appropriate.
Can the frame be selected for my interior?
Yes. Frame colour, profile and glazing can be discussed around the artwork and space. Conservation, weight and structural requirements remain part of the final recommendation.
Do you deliver internationally?
International delivery can be arranged to eligible destinations. The gallery confirms transport, insurance, customs coordination and installation availability before the acquisition is completed.
What documentation accompanies the artwork?
The collector receives the applicable certificate of authenticity or edition documentation, gallery transaction records and practical care guidance.
Can you work with my interior designer or architect?
Yes. With the collector’s approval, Studio 54 Fine Art can coordinate dimensions, placement, access and presentation details with an appointed designer, architect or project manager.
